Ready-Made Bags
My designs are one-of-a-kind. When one sells, it is quickly replaced by another fabulous design. The collection is always evolving. Although the fabrics you see here may not necessarily be available for your custom design, I’ll find something equally as beautiful for you. Ready-made bags are not able to be customized or altered.

Custom Orders
Since I do not use patterns, I am able to create just about whatever you would like. After discussing the design, total cost and payment instructions, I will send you a confirmation email. Please allow 3 weeks for the completion of your bag. You will receive an email photo of your finished bag. It will be shipped or delivered to you upon receipt of payment.

Payment
Cash and personal checks are accepted. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders.

Returns
All sales of ready-made bags are considered final. Custom bags cannot be returned for a refund, but can be repaired or replaced. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Workmanship Guarantee
Each bag is personally designed and made by me with great attention being placed on every detail. However, as with any handmade product, defects are always a possibility. Your satisfaction is very important to me, so I will always stand behind each bag I make. I will happily repair your bag and if for some reason it cannot be repaired, I will gladly replace it. I want you to be happy. Please contact me prior to returning any bag.

Shipping
I will ship a bag to a customer. I use the US Postal Service. The normal delivery time is 3-5 days. You will receive an email to tell you that your bag has been shipped. I can not be responsible for packages once they ship. If you’d like me to use a different delivery service, please understand that additional shipping fees may apply.
