Don't see what you're looking for? Let us create the perfect bag for you. It's simple. Contact us at 401-245-2300 or visit the store. The possibilities are endless. Allow 3 weeks for the completion of your bag.

PAYMENT 
We accept cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Ccustom orders must be paid in full at time of order.

REPAIRS
All sales of ready-made bags are considered final. Custom bags cannot be returned for a refund, but can be repaired or replaced. Sorry, we can not refund shipping costs.

Each bag is designed and made with great attention being placed on every detail. However, as with any handmade product, defects are always a possibility. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so we will always stand behind each handbag. We will happily repair your bag and if for some reason it cannot be repaired, we will gladly replace it. We want you to be happy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your bag.

SHIPPING
You may pick up your handbag at the store during business hours or we can ship it for you
via UPS for $10. You will receive a UPS tracking number via email when your bag has been sent.
